1.1.- How can I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, add each of the products you wish to buy to the www.vipwineservices.com shopping trolley, then click the “Finish Purchase” button. A form will then appear requiring you to identify yourself or register as a user.
If you decide to pay with Paypal/card or bank transfer, you will be redirected to our bank’s completely safe payment platform.
After completing the payment process, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment.

1.2.- What happens if the product I want isn’t in stock?
Each product’s information section includes availability so, unless otherwise stated, you will have no problems purchasing your chosen product.

If the product you wish to buy is out of stock, please contact us and we will see whether we can get it for you, or if you will allow us to do so, we can advise you on other, similar products.
Although we check our stock regularly and keep information updated, very occasionally a product you have ordered may have run out. In this case, we will contact you to offer a solution to the issue. If you decide you are not interested in receiving your order minus the missing product, we will proceed to cancel the delivery and reimburse you if you had already paid for your order. If you prefer to wait, we will send the rest of your order and once the missing product arrives we will send it to you, covering the shipping costs for the second delivery ourselves. If the product has been discontinued, we will fully reimburse you if you had already paid for it.

3.1.- How can I pay?

The cards which can be used to pay are limited by our bank’s guidelines.

From that point onwards, all the details for payment requested are those required by the bank which issued the card you are using to make the payment.
