Description
To the eye, a beautiful golden fluid
On the nose, a perfect balance between aromas where citrus (mandarin) dominates but where chocolate and mineral notes are present and even a touch of “physalis” (Cape gooseberry).
In the mouth, is balanced and long, and finishes with intimations of freshness.
This Cuvée is exclusively composed of Chardonnay 100% Grand Cru from the Côte des Blancs.
Truffle Risotto, Sea Bass, Poached Lobster, Beluga Caviar.
10-12 degrees
The Louis Dubosquet 2005 Blanc de Blancs is a stunning singular powerful vinous Champagne, exquisite for pairing with a large number of foods, my personal preference and first experience with this
beautiful Wine was paired together with typical Spanish tapas consisting of, Bellota Jam, Manchego Cheese, Foie Gras, Lomo, and Russian Style Rio Frio Caviar. A Champagne you can drink from starters all the way beyond your desserts, a hidden gem of the Champagne world from a wonderful family run company in the Champagne Region.
