To the eye, brilliant golden color with hints of green and a fine and delicate mousse.
On the nose, fresh bouquet of great finesse, dominated by white flowers, citrus and white fruit, closing with slightly toasty notes of roasted hazelnuts and almonds
In the mouth, rich and round on the palate, revealing flavors both creamy and “fleshy” (white peaches). Perfectly balanced with subtle freshness and a long “noble” finish worthy of this truly exceptional vintage.
Grape Varietes: Pinot Noir 60%, Chardonnay 33%, Pinot Meunier 7%.
Appetizers: Smoked, cured products, Shellfish (lobster, oysters), Fish (Saint Pierre, Sea bass).
Starters: Monkfish Scallops.
Dry cheese (Goat cheese): Crystallised citrus fruits.

The Wine Advocate
A stunning year and Vintage by what I believe to be the most underrated top Champagne house. Extremely wine like this beautiful, smooth, vibrant Champagne could be drank alone and still give so many amazing pleasures. Apple, pear, Citrus, orange, while slowly developing with more pastry and flower like aromas. Paired with a Lobster Salad and a Mixed platter of Jamon de Bellota and Manchego Queso Curado. Wild red berries and strawberries are the perfect match for dessert.
