On the nose, fresh bouquet of great finesse, dominated by white flowers, citrus and white fruit, closing with slightly toasty notes of roasted hazelnuts and almonds

The Wine Advocate
A stunning year and Vintage by what I believe to be the most underrated top Champagne house. Extremely wine like this beautiful, smooth, vibrant Champagne could be drank alone and still give so many amazing pleasures. Apple, pear, Citrus, orange, while slowly developing with more pastry and flower like aromas. Paired with a Lobster Salad and a Mixed platter of Jamon de Bellota and Manchego Queso Curado. Wild red berries and strawberries are the perfect match for dessert.
